The Young Eagles program is a nationally sponsored program from the EAA. Designed to embrace our youth's (ages 8 - 17) interest in general aviation, the Young Eagles program gives them the opportunity to go flying in a general aviation airplane. These flights are made possible through the generosity of EAA member pilots. The Young Eagle program offers more than just a ride in a airplane, there are other opportunities for them to continue learning more about aviation, from the EAA Air Academy to scholarships and internships.
